The girls at the front desk are amazing! I was having a hard time with the insurance company i was working with and they kept me updated and reassured the entire time. i recommend everyone i know to go to crash champions and they never disappoint! I appreciate the fast service and communication.

I seldom write reviews, however this one was a must. I took my 2025 Toyota Corolla into Crash Champions in Nashua for some work after a minor fender bender. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with the most pleasant and helpful staff. Everything was explained up front and I was given a reasonable estimate for the work which was completed within 4 days. The workmanship was excellent and the car looked good as new…best part, the repair cost came in under the estimate! Special shout out to Gaelynn, Donna and Zack who were an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for providing such amazing customer service!

Each employee I met with, from the receptionist upon first walking in (Galan ?sp) was Professional, (& Patient with me) from the start, to the the technician I met with both checking in & picking up. I NEVER felt that I was being given ‘a line’ to any question I asked. I felt comfortable throughout my visits there. Inspection of my truck upon picking it up was with the same technician I met with when checking in. My questions were answered promptly & to my satisfaction without my asking for clarification. I am Very pleased with the repair as well as with the professionalism of the 2 ladies at the front desk and the technician I met with.
