I was very unhappy with my experience with this shop and the condition in which I was treated. I won’t use them again and I will tell others to stay away.

The work was excellent; however, you could have been more proactive in ordering what you needed to, as you knew it was water damage from the start.

1. No communication updates, had my car 5 weeks. 2. Disabled all automatic functions and did not RE-enable. 3. Poor cosmetic repair, seams not completely abutted, panel lineups off. 4. Broken wire inside reassembled door making driver side mirror and some window controls inoperable.

Staff pleasant and available for phone calls but never got reliable updates when I inquired. Was initially quoted 2-3 week repair time, was 5 weeks.

Three weeks for minor damage is too long. My car was reportedly “just finished” and it was covered in snow and ice from the day before. The interior clean that took 4 days left streaks everywhere and was a mess.
