Everything in regards to the process, communication, and workmenship was astonishing. At first glance, I thought I was looking at my truck right before I drove it off the lot. As I walked around and inspected closely I noticed small scratches on the paint that were not there upon dropping my truck off. I am surprised on how well the repairs were able to make the truck look as if it was brand new again but those small scratches are the only thing keeping me from complete satisfaction.

Scheduling the repair was frustrating. I played phone tag for a couple days. When I was able to schedule an appointment, it turned out the call center that planned it doesn’t have access to the local branches calendar. So then I needed to reschedule again which pushed the repair out another week. Service after vehicle drop off was ok
