I really appreciate the team at crash champions , Dejanae, Alicia and the manager Marissa were great to work with. They kept me in the loop with my vehicle and they did an exceptional job on my wife's volvo XC90 which is pearl white and a hard color to match. They also surprised me by doing a repair for free that I had only inquired about. Your team at Crash Champions is a true reminder of what customer service should look like.

My car was returned to me with a damaged speaker. I am unsure how they damaged it but it is now muffled and does not sound good at all. It is extremely disappointing to bring my car in for a bumper repair and end up with a damaged stereo. I would rather drive around with a dented bumper than have my audio quality this bad. I deserve an explanation as to how this damage happened. Was it water damage? Did someone blow out my speaker? It should be fixed, when I took it to you it worked perfectly fine.

Overall work I’m satisfied, I’m very disappointed that when my registration was removed from my car it wasn’t returned. Now it’s no where to be found, it should have been placed back once copies were made.
