It would have been a ten however two things. My car was safe to drive. I should have asked how long the parts would take. That way I would have saved some anxiety about running out of rental money from the insurance company. Second the plastic covering that protects the bottom of the engine was hanging down. I know the work should not have been done in that area however something was done to break the plastic clips. Lastly when I dropped the car off the staff person marked the front bumper as previous damage, which is fine, however the mark is still on the paint so I will buff it later when I get back from vacation. Other than those minor things the service n work performed were excellent. Customer service kept me informed. They explained everything perfectly. Everyone I met was professional n pleasant. Thank you

The repair work turned out pretty good, however..... Major to me but I guess minor to yall, but a certain detail with the stripe along the side ,was not accurate and It's kinda bothering me. Also my headlights are not the same since they replaced the driver side lamp, my passenger side is dull , so now I have to pay to get that one replaced.
