They are thieves. They wiped me out. They trashed my car looking through my personal items. They took things that are supposed to stay in a car and not to be removed. They trashed my car to the point I thought someone broke in my vehicle. I will be contacting my insurance company so they can be aware of trusting businesses they are partnership with and recommending you to take your vehicle too. I feel violated, disrespected and disappointed. They make you sign a waiver for not being responsible for your valuables but, have a bunch of thieves working for their company taking things that should not be removed from your vehicle. Jumping cables, air pumps etc. they also left a vape in my back seat of my vehicle and when I reported it to the manager, she told me that none of her workers smoke on vapes, like she knows what they do in their personal lives. I will never go there again. For future reference, ask for your vehicle to be taken to the dealer to get fixed . I bet your insurance company would start investigating in company’s like this because it would cost them more money to fix your vehicle and your deductible would be the same. Read their views before taking your car to this shop. Several people have reported the same incidents. I would not recommend this location. Crash Champions Collision 4700 Belair rd 21206.

My car has some sort of weird black spot on the window. Both Passenger side windows have some sort of film over them. The front fender is not aligned properly. The metal trim is chipped and scratched also not secured. The two passengers side doors have an egregious amount of Swirling. The door jams look like somebody took a sander to it and they are all roughed up. I have pictures and video. I'll be stopping by after I get off work tomorrow.

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Communication was severely lacking throughout the entire process. When I did receive responses, they were often unclear, incorrect, or unnecessarily terse. I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on March 10. However, on that very day, I was informed that a single part was on backorder for 4–6 weeks. At no point prior to that date did Rich or his team communicate this delay. This lack of transparency put me in a difficult position, especially since Geico only covers a rental for 30 days—meaning any additional time comes out of the customer’s pocket. Because of their failure to notify me in advance, I had to scramble to arrange an extension with Enterprise at the last minute. After the missed March 10 pickup, I was given a revised completion date of March 20, which was also not met. When I went to the shop in person to get a firm answer, I was told the car would be ready on March 23. I finally picked up the vehicle on that date. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. As soon as I got home and had a chance to inspect the vehicle more closely, I discovered numerous quality problems: • Paint overspray on multiple windows (passenger side and rear) • Scratched and scuffed metal trim around the window • Scratches across the passenger side, with incomplete buffing • Two sanding pads left in the engine bay • Misaligned doors with a significant panel gap • A dent in the metal footplate • Dents in doors that were supposedly replaced • Overspray or film throughout the door jambs • Loose/hanging rubber door seals • A jammed seatbelt adjuster on the passenger side • Damage to the face of the passenger-side wheels, as if sanded down When I brought these issues to the attention of Rich and the manager, Marisa, I was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. There was clear reluctance to take responsibility or to properly address the extent of the poor workmanship, despite the fact that the vehicle was not repaired correctly. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a collision repair shop. When you pick up your car after an accident, you should feel safe and confident in the repairs—not like you are driving an unsafe vehicle.
