I would never send my vehicle their again. It took 30 days to have two tires repaied, It cost me more money everyday that it was their. Would of cost me less then 800.00 if I did it my self.

they fixed the window and the steering wheel column, but a few hours after I got home it had a lot of trouble starting and has still be running differently since

Noncommunicative and then became really sarcastic with me when I said I shouldn't have to pay for work that I didn't approve (which they tried to tell the rep at Progressive that I'd approved it), so all they did was take off the labor expense of the battery replacement. Even progressive said they should have to cover the cost of the battery, but when I suggested it, the shop manager said she'd happily put my dead battery back in the vehicle, which was an uncalled for response.
