Upon viewing my vehicle on January 27, 2026 (almost a month after I dropped the car off), which was left at the shop on December 31, 2025 for purposes of repairing a damaged driver side door, I noticed damage upon the interior of the vehicle. Although they fixed the original damage, I am very disappointed by the lack of security and what would seem to be a lack of respect for customers property. Upon opening the driver side door to ensure that the repairs were properly done to the vehicle, I noticed that all my paper documents, and quite frankly, everything I had in the car was either thrown on the passenger side floor and seat, or completely missing from the vehicle. When I asked the staff (black lady with short hair) why it was left this way, she responded that it must have been the cleaners who apparently clean the cars after repairs. However, upon further inspection I noticed the center console was also damaged. The only items that were not stolen were in the trunk and paper documents related to the car. When I told the same staff member of my concerns, they notified me that the local homeless people break into the vehicles despite the company's "attempts" at keeping them out. Although they tell you to take valuables, they should add that vehicles on their lot are actively being targeted, and you should remove everything, and not just what one might consider to be a valuable item. I am very disappointed because it would seem as if the doors are left unlocked overnight, as the staff did not notice the damage to the interior of the vehicle until I pointed it out, and the doors were unlocked on the lot when I picked up the vehicle. Additionally, there was no sign of forced entry. Either the "homeless people" are very skilled at breaking in cars, the staff is stealing from the vehicles, or they are leaving the doors unlocked. Although initially the lady who I spoke to was nice, the lady (short, black hair), who I am assuming is the manager of the branch, was very disrespectful. It is very distasteful for a customer who had their space and property violated while in the possession of the shop, to be greeted with an aggressive energy for ensuring that the shop would be fixing the interior damage done to my vehicle. Customer service is lacking..... They did fix the center console today, but proactive measures to avoid the damage and alleged "break in" would have been preferred. They only get two stars for fixing the original damage on my driver side door. Would not recommend...

My Experience

I was referred by my insurance agent to use Crash Champions as an affiliate of Travelers. Your shop is very close to my home so I chose you not knowing anything about you. My car was repaired like new and I am very pleased with the result. The carpet inside was cleaned and it looked like the dashboard was detailed and the exterior was washed - a very nice extra touch, thanks.
