Customer service was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When my car was returned to me they did not wash it or clean it very well. The general manager personally reached out and let me know he would arrange for a detail company to come to my home to clean my car free of charge. I was very thankful for him reaching out and making things right

Liked the people there but lack of communication and delayed delivery caused low rate.
