Apparently, the mirror that was put on my car was a used mirror. I was told I would get OEM parts and this mirror does not work correctly. It seems to adjust itself every single time when I get in the car and start the car back up it needs replaced.

They were outstanding. I believe his name is Juan, and he made sure that I was able to get my car returned back to me before I was leaving on a trip and would be out of the country. I was constantly informed as to the status of my car and in fact it was ready one day earlier. No one could’ve been nicer.
