It was great. The team really went out of their way to get the vehicle working between insurance and getting it to the dealership for what was required. Greatly appreciated the work they put in. The repairs they did on site were done well of course.

Not on time and I went to Temecula Crash Champions 2x as per scheduled for pick up but to no avail and there was no prior communication as well. I only learned it that it was still pending when I was already at the shop.

Brianna did an above and beyond service on my vehicle since I left the keys with her til the moment she handled them back to me when the repairs were done. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but “James Hart” really made my experience over the top. He went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and my 10 year old car looked like new when I picked it up. He gave me some very helpful tips on car care and made me feel like my car was as important as a newer expensive vehicle. I will highly recommend Crash Champions and James to friends and family.
