I regret my initial fender-bender with a new car, and I had numerous inquiries regarding the process, materials, insurance, and potential implications for factory warranties. Steve addressed my questions thoroughly and candidly when uncertain. Steve demonstrated attentiveness and followed-up with me to provide the promised answers. Steve cultivated rapport and earned my confidence. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the body shop work. The collision area appears as if the accident never occurred. The estimated time for the work was ten days, but the crew completed the job in five days and in time for the weekend. I was exceedingly pleased. Sarah exhibited remarkable flexibility in scheduling. I required rescheduling twice, and she was accommodating with grace. Sarah facilitated the collaborative work with the rental car company, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
