Advisor dismissed clip that was damaged and part of insurance claim; his response, “we have plenty of clips here.” Welp, not that one, because it’s part of a harness. Was supposed to drop of the vehicle after parts arrived to shorten the length of the process. Still took a week. Had to ask 3 separate people for an unrelated estimate that would be out of pocket pay. LASTLY, I never technically authorized the repairs; I signed at drop off but was never presented an actual estimate or told what was actually done till I picked up the vehicle; found out about all the used parts (including the defective camera) when I was handed the bill. CHAMPIONS OF CRASH N BURN!!!

Had to ask 3 different people for a separate estimate. Never offered a ride. I had to call for every update. Advisors very dismissive. Maybe a smile or two in the office would help the vibe.

My repair not only looks beautiful but the team was amazing as well. My car was done before the estimated time and everyone was incredibly kind to me. I also truly appreciated that they ran my car through a car wash. I am never dosappointed with the work done at this location and my experience this time reaffirms my decision to keep coming back as a great one. Thank you so much.

I was absolutely amazed by Dalton’s customer service. From the moment I left my RAV4 to when picking up, he ensured to keep me updated and delivered excellent AIDET services. Also, one small detail from my keychain (ARMY) brought a wonderful conversation in which my son serves in the Army. Thank Delton for his service. You are blessed to have him.
