I would be happier if the carbon fiber front had been repaired also. Unfortunately I did not understand what this is. I clearly would like a follow up which may require contacting Steve SALEen to purchases the part. I am awaiting a follow up p/c and new estimate for this work. Many thanks. Jeri

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate it how things were done so smoothly and efficiently. I was able to have a feeling of confidence from the beginning which, at a time of uneasiness from my car having been crashed, it was very comforting. Ricardo promptly communicated with me as we went along, which to me is very important. I was able to plan, as a result I found when Ricardo explained the steps involved in the work, it further comforted me that at Crash Champions I can expect an extremely thorough job done which gives me confidence. Because of Ricardo's .. what I experienced as stellar customer service, I now think of Crash Champions as synonymous with great customer service. Thank you Ricardo!!
