The trunk of my car was dirty as I had spilled something previously, so I came prepared to clean it up when I went to pick it up the car. I had a hand vacuum and cleaning supplies. To my surprise the car was like new, they fixed the scratches and bumps but also left the car super clean and smelling great! The cleaned the whole thing for me, I was happy, the car was shining and the customer service was great! They kept in contact with me the whole time, emailing me whenever there was an update. On the day that the car was ready to be picked up, Elaine Ortega called me to let me know. Elaine Ortega did a great job in keeping me informed, sending emails and calls. Great customer service, as I was informed of everything that was going on with the car, each step of the way. Thank you all!
