Mayte was very helpful and seemed to be happy to help. She worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I am grateful for all she did. Geico refused to address a tire concern, saying it was not caused by the accident. Mayte made sure that the car was taken to Discount Tire (where I purchased the tire) to have it replaced under warranty. This was a very much appreciated extra effort! I will certainly recommend you should I have the opportunity!

2nd time using Crash Champions. Repair was delayed a few days due to a part mixup which was not their fault. Staff very nice, was updated via text on completion status. Truck was washed cleaned which was a nice surprise. Totally satisfied.
