Repair took much longer than expected or estimated. Damages during the process. Communication could have been better. New bumper and paint has scratches and paint runs & they returned the truck back filthy. Associate said they would buff the entire truck and they did not. We will not be going back to crash champions or recommend them. We are happy to have our truck back in the end after a month. Next time they should probably order all the parts and have everything on site before they begin any repairs and take in someone’s vehicle.Office staff was clueless & somewhat rude.

First, people are coming to your shop with a vehicle that is in need of repair/crashed. So, being patient and understanding and empathetic should be your TOP priority. I had an appointment with Leo for my first visit and when I arrived was told Leo was in a meeting and couldn't leave, why did you set the appointment that couldn't be attended? I called 3 times and never once spoke to the advisor, they were busy and I was told they would reach out but no one ever did. Your communication with me was horrible. Finally, came to pickup my car and was given paperwork and my keys and was told my car is parked "over there" and if we have a problem, let them know. WHAT? You can't pull the car up and go over the repair and make sure everything looks okay with me? My several dealings with Kelly she always seemed curt, and like she had other more important things to do. The repair was done in a timely manner and looks to be a good job. After this experience with your customer facing staff, I wouldn't recommend Crash Champions to anyone. I hope you take this feedback and reflect on how you are treating your customers.
