The shop does great work. The text option is good for communication but the front desk people are not pleasant to deal with.

Great service. Almost over communication with the random texts. I just always feel like I’m inconveniencing the front desk staff. I’ve come to the Glassell location for 3 repairs over 3 years and it’s always been the same. It’s terrible customer service to have me walk into the shop and have to stand there for 2-3 minutes while being ignored. I understand there may be another customer on the phone but I think it’s a bare minimum level of respect to acknowledge the person standing 3 feet in front of you. Then the wait between when the desk person finally decides to acknowledge and help you, and the time it takes for them to print the standard documents and meet you outside always seems to take too long. Then, again, the last 2 times the Hispanic woman who came to inspect the vehicle with me never has said hello, shares her name, or even smiles and says ‘come right this way’. The people in the office need to focus on basic customer service and not themselves, their phones and talking to each out within each shot of customers at the front desk especially when the story clearly is personal, not work related. I only use the shop because the insurance forces me to at this point. The customer service has always been an issue but the repair quality and swiftness of work has been great.

Already wrote a few paragraphs about that. Customer service by front desk is bad. Customers get ignored, and the desk people seem to be inconvenienced when they have to put down their personal phones and deal with paying customers.
