I appreciated Germaine, your Rep at my collision center contacting and informing me of the progress and status of my vehicle. I've been a Sunset customer since 1992 and was a little dismayed when I learned it was not the same company!! However Ms. Sarah gave me comfort initially!! She's been there before my family. And Germaine brought me to more ease as his communication was awesome. This I must add was quite unusual but very comforting for my experience. Yes I will continue to recommend Pacific Elite on Obispo in Sinal Hill to others as I have been doing with the former Sunset . Again, thank you!

I would not recommend it to anyone. I only went here because it was a recommended repair shop by my insurance, given their recent change of ownership and recognized by Statefarm I give the a shot.

The car was promised in Feb 20th, nd ended up picking up my ve about 8 days later due to poor repairs and delays.
