I dont think i would trust you guys to work on my vehicle again to make me satisfied. I have a $75000 jeep i bought 2 years ago. Garage kept and hand washed my me only.. and you guys gave it back looking like it was repaired. I dont expect it to look brand new again. I expect it to look like it did before the accident. It most definitely does not look like it did before the accident. I can literally see the difference between my car and what repairs you made and Ive contacted my insurance for recommending you and what to do in order to get my car where you guys should've got it. Thanks for all the bondo dust all over the interior of my car too. Brutal

While I appreciate the effort that was made to repair my car which they were able to do successfully. The communication was not up to par, for instance when I reach out to the phone line of crash champions to get my car towed it took over four days for them to finally get the car to be towed to their Milwaukee location after they told me it was gonna be within a 24 to 48 hour timeframe frame. After having the car to be inspected to see the repairs that need to be done, there is no callback of timeframe how long it was gonna take to finish my car. After extensive prolong time of the estimated timeframe to get my car repaired, they were convinced that the car did not come with the license plates, 5 minutes of back-and-forth telling me that I have to to reach out to my insurance company for new license plates when I indeed had my license plate on my car when it was taken to the location. I had to literally show them a photo that my car did indeed come with license plates when it was dropped off at the location. It took over 30 minutes to realise that they put the license plates in the back area of the shop mixing it with another Kia sold that was in repair at the same time. They eventually put in the license plate back on my car with a humourless apology.
