The major parts were fixed. Communication was poor, and how my car was returned to me was very poor.
Repair Quality - 2.5/5.0 -
The major things were fine, but my car was retuned to me with scratches inside of it by my battery and gear shift, and what looked like oil sludge on my door handle and around it. The car seemed to have been rushed out.

I called 3 weeks into the repair to make sure the car would be done on time. I was told it would be, but it wasn’t even close to being done within the established 4-week timeframe. It took an additional 3 weeks. I was told on numerous occasions that I would get an update by the end of the day or first thing in the morning, but I never received those calls. I had to chase them constantly for updates, only to be met with empty promises. I would welcome straightforward communication about the estimated delivery time rather than empty promises.

Great service, great communication, very happy with the work. My only complaint is that it took 5 weeks when it was supposed to take 2 or 3.

Great customer service. There was a crack on my wind shield and they were quick to fix it. I would have liked to take more of time to inspect.

Amazing, the reception guy was great. I know their job is to get folks in and out but I wished I was given more time to inspect my car.

It took too long for parts. A month to get an airbag another 2 weeks to get bolts. This process was very costly to me. Had I known I would have had the window repaired and drive my vehicle until Crash Champions were ready.

Edwin was professional and empathetic to my situation.
