Kristen was an absolute professional from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating to me, as the person who hit me was paying out of pocket and was not the easiest person to deal with during this process. Kristen is a total boss and while I don’t want to get into an accident again, if I did, I’d be going back to Kristen - not even a question.
