I was so stressed and devastated when my car was damaged in a hit and run but thanks to Crash Champions the process was very smooth and easy. Nick was very communicative and did a great job explaining everything that was going on with my car. I would definitely recommend this locations to others in the future.

My only complaint is that they barely gave me time to pick it up. They said it would originally be done on Friday. Then they cld on Wed and said it would be done at 330 and I needed to pick it up by 5. I had a doctor's appt at 3 and a handicapped friend I also needed to take to a doctor. I made the day very hectic and giving a person an our and a half window is pretty unreasonable. Even when I said he could pick it up in the morning they cld me back to pressure me into coming between 330 and 5pm.

Nick was the service gentleman I had was super amazing, very informative and kept me updated even when they lost power. Honestly I originally was going to caliber for an estimate when my brother stopped me and told me to go to crash champions since he was super impressed with there work and dedication. I’m extremely happy that I came here instead of caliber. Every single person who I spoke with were all super helpful! Very very pleased

everyone was amazing from the minute i walked in thru the door. I had Nick as my specialist who was very informative and attentive. I let him know i actually on my way to Caliber when my brother told me to take my vehicle to crash champions. He loved the work done to his truck. Very friendly, informative. fast & efficient
