Was told by rep- would talk to manager about hood chips because without repair would look worse after the job was done- I did not hear back and assumed the hood would be properly repaired- to my dismay the chips looked far worse than before! Car was also delivered with overspray- poor communication and poor quality- i plan to go back to my previous repair shop if I ever need repairs again

I got body work done to the driver side after a side swipe. When I picked up my car, I drove off and noticed a strip of insulation was exposed on the dash and was unsure of what it was. I pulled it and noticed it was coming from inside the car against the windshield. I'm not sure why this would have needed to be removed for body work but it was not dropped off with this pulled out like this. Heat would not cause this to occur as it's never happened before in much hotter weather. The work was done at the Kenosha location which didn't do a very good job communicating with me to begin with as they cost me over $100 more than expected for a rental after telling me it would be dropped off on Friday but later backtracked and said Monday. Additionally, the driver side windows were returned with adhesive stuck on them causing my rear driver side window to pull down the exterior flap when rolling it down and also pushed the window out which overworks the window motor and could've/may have decreased its lifespan. The Wauwautosa location removed the adhesive and that issue is now resolved so I just need this weatherstrip repaired/replaced asap but they haven't gotten back to me in over a week so I feel like this issue is trying to be dodged. Lastly, I know this not normal wear-and-tear nor was it dropped off in this condition and therefore had to have been done by Crash Champions, most likely the Kenosha location.

I want to thank Crash Champions , Geo & his car technician that got the job done well for my Honda Accord 2020 , They left it like brand new. I Totally reccomend it to anyone that got in a car accident or crash , to visit Crash Champions , you wont regret on bringing your car to good skill hands.

Dallas was absolutely amazing. I walked into the office so defeated and upset with what was going on he was able to take my anxiety from a 10 to a 2 in 5min. He also kept in touch with me every step of the way. He was incredible. Their body and mechanics dept did a great job. My vehicle looked brand new!!! Thanks to you all!!!

10/10 experience. Repairs were done sooner than expected, and my truck looks brand new. Gio and the woman at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful (and everyone involved in the repairs). Gio and the woman at the front desk were both extremely friendly and responsive about updates on the repairs. On the day I came to pickup my truck, the woman at the front desk was kind enough to call a gentleman up from maintenance to help me put my license plates on. He was also very friendly and helpful and I greatly appreciated the wonderful service.

I am struggling with some of the defects and amount of time.

The work that was done appears to be of high quality with no issues so far. However, there were a few things that were disappointing. The new hood has a small dent in the front of it, the bed cover is missing a clip and will not clamp down. Also, there was no license plate holder out in the new front bumper. The washer fluid tank was dry, but perhaps that may not be something that should have been done…just wish we would have not had the warning light on when driving it. On a positive note, the communication was good. It took longer than we expected, but that was something we were ok with as we wanted things to be thorough and done correctly. Just didn’t expect to have the issues with the dent, cover, and license plate. Dallas was very easy to talk to and did. Keep us in the loop along the way.
