My first experience with Progressive Insurance was many years ago, and it was a complete nightmare I unfairly judged crash Champions and Progressive Insurance based on old information they did an excellent job they went above and beyond what needed to be done to get the car back to me as soon as possible but done properly. I would certainly use them again and although I would not buy Insurance off the web from progressive at least their claims process for their insured when they’re at fault, they take care of the person that suffered the damages and was not responsible. I really can’t say enough about Crash Champions and they’re willingness to go above and beyond great communication. Excellent work you really couldn’t ask for more.

I would recommend Crash Collisons to anyone. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. They sent me text messages every few days to let me know how the repair was going. I really appreciated this. They also handled everything with Enterprise Car Rental. Overall I had a good experience with them. Thanks for giving me their name.

I was called to the shop twice. The first time my mirror wasn’t finished. And my anti thief window grates weren’t replaced. So I was dropped off and had to call my ride back then 12 days later I was told it was finished and I came to pick up and the back window grates weren’t reinstalled. So I just took my vehicle and left feeling less then satisfied. MONEY NOT WELL SPENT!
