Cody would always give me a call to let me know of any other discoveries about my vehicle and gave me updates on parts and the process of the repair. Repair process was quick and painless. I dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday as I am working out of town during the week. Cody kept me up to date with the progress. My vehicle was completed by the estimated date and looks great. Best part was the flexibility for pickup, they were more than happy to hide my key and left it put front so I could pick it up after hours. I would recommend this shop for any of your body repair needs. I am a real paying customer and not a paid reviewer.

The customer service experience could not have been better. They provided a scheduling estimate about a,month before I could bring my truck in for service. Then they started on time, quickly ordered extra parts when needed, carried on the other work while waiting for parts, and put it all together and finshed on time. During the repairs, Cody called daily to inform me of the progress which was very helpful for planning my own schedule and transportation logistics. The quarter panel they replaced is a little out of alignment in one section, but Cody invited me to bring my truck back in anytime and said they'll adjust it within about 30 minutes.
