I had the best experience with Crash Champions after having an accident on the road. I was traveling cross country for a nursing job in Seattle and unfortunately ran into bad weather in Montana. I’m so glad that Crash Champions was there to take care of me and my car. The level of personal attention I received was amazing and I knew my car was in great hands. The entire team at Crash Champions in Laurel was amazing but Noelle McWilliams specifically stands out as an amazingly compassionate individual. Noelle maintained constant communication and kept me informed at every step of the process. Noelle advocated for me through out the repair process and when repairs were complete she went above and beyond and personally delivered my car to Seattle. Even after my car was returned, she’s kept in touch to make sure I had everything I needed and has even taken the time to advocate for me with Toyota over rental car reimbursement. I’m not sure I’ve met another person who is as kind and giving. Although the wreck was unfortunate, I’m very fortunate to have met Noelle. When I thanked her profusely for making the journey all the way to Seattle, Noelle just simply said “this is how we should all treat each other.” Thank you thank you to Crash Champions and Noelle for the unprecedented level of support and customer service after what was initially a very scary experience!

Crash champions have mastered a five star rating in customer service. I was kept up daily on the progress of my car and given detailed information regarding its repair. They don’t go the extra mile. They go an extra 10 miles to make sure everything is complete. I was shocked that my car was returned to me completely detailed inside and out. They make their customers feel very valued. I will definitely be using them for any other car repairs that we have in the future hands-down.

Everyone was so friendly and wonderful, I was communicated with about updates all the way through, and my car was ready when they said it would be which was much sooner than I expected with how hard parts can be to get. Will always recommend to anyone needing body work!
