It would have been helpful had I been told you were going to keep my car for another 5 days on an earlier day that the day I was supposed to pick it up and it cost me another coup hundred dollars for my rental car.

I was very satisfied with the experience and progress made on my car. Eddie was very helpful and had great costumer service. He took the time to explain very detail of what was repaired. Eddie went above and beyond with my expectations and I am very pleased. I highly recommend crash champions and Eddie himself.

It's not really possible to recommend cuz it depends on people's insurance and who's in network

My only concern is that the quote for repair was $3,281.19 and the total after repair was $1,352.82. if I had known that it was going to be almost 2 grand less than the quote I would have avoided going through insurance and avoided our increased premium we now have for the next 3 years
