Scott turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and manageable one. After I (unfortunately) crashed my Lexus into my garage door, he stepped in and made the entire process feel easy. He was kind, professional, and consistently communicated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how he went above and beyond to help with my rental car— something he absolutely didn’t have to do. That level of care made a big difference. I’m so grateful for his help, and my car looks fantastic!

Communication was great. Scott kept me informed through-out the process and had repairs done on time. The work on the body and paint repair was very good. They returned my truck detailed in and out which I wasn’t expecting. Truck good as new.

My Kia Stinger looks really nice, basically brand new! The work was exceptional. Scott was really nice and explained everything very well. The work got done in a reasonable time and on time, I wasn’t waiting around unnecessarily. If I ever need any work done again I’ll definitely be choosing crash champions.
