My repair was supposed to take 4 days and it took over 15! While I fully understand that This can happen, I was frustrated with the lack of communication. No one ever called woth an update, as I was told I would get one twice a week, my calls went unanswered, and I had to call over and over to get even the most basic details

Job is not complete yet. Check engine light keeps coming on. The car is back with crash champions now. I'm being told that don't think it's accident related but there was no check engine before the the accident and there is now so how is it not related?
