First let me say that Rick and Cole were so easy to work with. My situation was not an easy one being hit 3 times in 4 months so there were 3 claims going at the same time. My car was finished when they said it would be too. The reason I didn’t give a 10 is because once they finished the repairs and I got my car back, they didn’t clean up the mess inside. Maybe that isn’t protocol to do that, but it should be. I would definitely use this business again.
