Repair itself is satisfactory. Great paint job. Timeline was awful.

When I did have interaction with staff, it was pleasant. However, early on I had to call every couple of weeks to get any kind of update. I understand the difficulty with needing a specific machine that was not at your particular shop, but there was no initiative from your end to keep me informed on the status of the repair until about the last month. That being said, everyone I spoke to was kind and willing to answer my questions.
