I picked up my car and later that day realized that the rubber trip around the door was not connected at all so I had to return to the shop and wait for it. Also, the door was replaced with a different door and it closes so loud and is not a smooth close like the original one. My car feels clunky now.

First of all, the two ladies at the desk were awesome! They were so nice and informative of my claim, helping me out every way they could. I went in so nervous, because it was my first time being in a finder binder. But they made me feel so welcome. You don’t see that kind of energy anywhere you go these days. And while they were working on my car, every few days they would give me a friendly update over the phone. Which was so nice, kept me from worrying some much. And when I got my car back, they explained everything that they did. And even walked me out to it to check the repairs (which were phenomenal). They also told me about doing this survey, and I’m giving them a 10/10 👍🏼 these people need raises! Anyway thanks for all the help and kindness you’ve shown me over the past 2 weeks :) and have a great day! Whoop! Whoop!

Helpful staff provided regular updates. Excellent repair work with a very clean interior. It even smelled good. They gave me a ride to and from my home which was a big help. I got all my questions answered in person and when I called. Great service front and back!
