A 2 day job turned out to a 9 day job! No one ever called me! I had to be on top of them just to get the run around. Showed up to pick of the truck and the installation work was horrible: plastic coming apart, and the rubber boot around the gear shifter had a 2 inch hole in it! I will be contacting my insurance and the BBB. No one deserves to be treated this way!

A two day job turned out to be a nine day job. No one contacted me, so, after a week I called to see what the status was. They told me Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and no call. Thursday morning I called them and was told someone would be calling me. I got a call at 4:30 by some LT. He told me that he still had to check the truck out and he would not be done in time for a end of day pick up. I showed up Friday at 3:45 and paperwork was still was not done even though I received a text saying truck was ready. LT and I went out to look at the truck and the plastic that covers to steering column was separated. He had them snap it back together, but as of today it still not set right. The rubber boot around shifter has a 2” hole! I asked LT if you even inspected the truck! The service was so bad that I will not let you guys touch my truck again.
