The repair was fine, but I had a conversation with the girl checking in my vehicle where I said if they had to recalibrate anyway, I’d love them to do the windshield so it would save me the cost of recalibrating and she said sure…windshield was not done and they offered me $400 for recalibrating, not getting that the only reason for doing it with you was to avoid the recalibrating charge as I already had a quote where I could pay $400

No communication, excessive wait, asked to view the door that was replaced and was told it had been scrapped. Left car out overnight without security. 45 days from insurance notice to completion. Rate a 1 out of 5

My bumper where it was damaged was still pushed in. It was not flushed and aligned with the body parts. You could clearly see the bumper pushed in on driver side vs the passenger side. Im not sure if it was fixed behind the bumper. I want the bumper to flushed with the body. I hope it gets corrected. I trust the rep will have this fixed.

All of the ladies in the office on Veranda in Rio Rancho were amazing and outstanding. They were so friendly and helpful. I appreciated getting the text updates on the status of my car. They worked hard to make sure I got my caron time since I was leaving the state. I highly recommend that shop
