Communication was not followed thru with. I had to find out my vehicle was ready through the rental car company. When I was informed I needed to return my car immediately. I called car crafters and no one knew what was going on. Got the run around finally was told it had been ready since Friday this was on Tuesday. Was told a text message was sent. I never received one. Also was told the windshield was being checked on with the insurance company for replacement. Haven't heard on that either. Last year when I brought it in for same damage there was no problem replacing the windshield.
