This was my second time using caliber, Rio Rancho, and I am very happy will definitely recommend and would use them again if needed. James was very kind and thorough he listened and answered all my questions and went over every detail of damage to my vehicle. I really enjoyed the text updates and appreciated that the job was completed quickly. They did an excellent job of cleaning and even vacuumed the inside. Receptionists was also very sweet. Car looks brand new very happy.
