The person who called me to give me an update, led me to believe that it was possible. My car would be ready a week early because it was finally going to painting, but I guess I should’ve asked her what the projected time was going to be. She called me on Monday of the week. It was supposed to be ready on Friday and said it was going to cleaning that afternoon and so maybe my car would be ready early or. I don’t think this is a problem because I did get my car when you said I would get it, but you might want to talk to them about being a bit more realistic. That said, I haven’t had many cars repaired, but the customer service I received was far and above what I expected! Good job!

Repair of damage are was adequate. Length of time it took to make repair was unacceptable. Especially since Caliber Collison kept telling it was "going into paint" three weeks in a row.

Fixing my car was super quick and painless. I didn’t realize how much damage was done to my car prior to bringing the car in. I have had to use your location before and will continue if I have to go back again.
