The work was excellent, but the customer service was terrible. When my drivers side front headlight was completely destroyed in the accident but my new LED bulbs were not and were left hanging by the wires I removed them. Assuming that the new headlight assembly would include halogens that would be installed instead. After dropping off my car I regretted not also removing the LEDs from the passenger side because they may be removed to match up to the halogens on the drivers side. When I picked up my vehicle I checked this immediately and my bulbs were missing as I thought they would be. I pointed it out to Ernie the person who coordinated the repairs. And he said that there was no way that could possibly happen, that his techs would never take them out, and that I was wrong. His poeple never touched that headlight (besides it having been pretty obviously polished, it is no longer hazy from 9 years of New Mexico sun). He treated me like i was trying to scam your company by bringing this up. I'm not sure what kind of scam he thought I was running, but some $40 bulbs seems pretty nickle and dime on a $6000+ repair. Also my TPMS light was on when we started the car. I pointed this out and he insisted that it was one of the three tires they never touched. This seems questionable when you push people to do a before and after "safety OBD2 scan" to the tune of $80, but don't check that the tires are safe by adding some air to turn off TPMS. In any case Ernie called the next day to tell me his techs had removed the bulbs as I suspected. When I reported the problem all he had to do was say "I don't know how that would happen, but I'll check into it" instead of interfering that I was a somehow being dishonest and attempting to gaslight me into believing that I had never installed the bulbs int the first place. I may not look like much, but I'm actually well respected and a very honest person so this doesn't sit well. I won't be back to Quanz/Crash Champions if I can avoid it.

My Experience

The comuncation we were receiving was not accurate. Everything was not fixed now it has to be resubmit again to insurance adjuster. For about the fourth time. When inspection was done and submitted how they could miss damage on the molding to the windshield when they replaced it.but still didn't see it. Told the car was ready when it wasn't. Big waste of time.

We were not very happy with our service. I requested updates twice a week and I had to reach out to get information. I was told my car was ready when it wasn't. The final frustration I picked up my car and got home .My husband couldn't believe that the cow was not replaced.it looked worse than when we left the car. You replaced the hood and windshield.because of hail damage. But didn't notice the cow that stuck out like a sore thumb. I notified Noah and he said it was not on the estimate and if I could take pictures and email them to him. He said he would submit them to the insurance adjuster and put in a supplement. I also found particles all over my dash cover and black particles on the console which is tan leather . That must have been from when they replaced the roof and windshield. I emailed Noah back and told him we were not bringing the car back to replace the cow my husband was furious and could not believe they missed it something so obvious.

The car is still not fully repaired but, with all the remaining issues I've decided to replace the car and not deal with you or this car any longer.

Repair Quality

The car still needs repair even after two notices to pick it up. The first one never happened, I arrived and had to point out something that was not completed. The second has been followed up by several conversations about problems that still exist. Your repair was competely unacceptable!

Customer Service

Communitation from everyone was very good considering the times and circumstances.
