The car is still not fully repaired but, with all the remaining issues I've decided to replace the car and not deal with you or this car any longer.

The car still needs repair even after two notices to pick it up. The first one never happened, I arrived and had to point out something that was not completed. The second has been followed up by several conversations about problems that still exist. Your repair was competely unacceptable!

Everything about my experience was great - from the ladies in the office to Marcos, who took care of my car, which was beautifully restored to it's former condition.... It is rare to find service that is both so personable and professional!

Not organized with ordering parts. Plus it was an enormous wait time before they could get my vehicle in for repair (3 months).

Marcos and the receptionist are very courteous and accessible. However, I was very disappointed that it took almost three months to get my car in only to find that the parts had not been ordered. Therefore, I had to wait again for the parts to be ordered and then, finally, installed. The parts should have been ordered during my 'wait' period of three months so that when I actually had my appointment, the car would have been immediately repaired.

From the moment we dropped off our van we were impressed with the friendly staff and their willingness to ensure our concerns were addressed. Marcos Salaz gave us quality assistance. He was thorough in his assessments and kept us updated through out the whole process.
