Having my repair done through Crash Champions was a great experience. Tyler is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous to customers. The team as a whole was awesome. They gave my 3 year a superhero cape to entertain him in the lobby while we waited, which made his day!

Just the battery issue would be part of decision. The quality of the repair looks fantastic.

Vehicle would not start next day. Found that the negative battery cable was never tightened down. Ended up buying a new battery thinking it was bad and found the loose cable when removing. I went ahead and swapped battery anyway due to age.
