This was actually a good experience! Everyone was very friendly, I was updated on my vehicle’s repair status, they worked seamlessly with my insurance (Hartford) and I rate the repairs A+ also a 10. I will gladly share their contact information with any friends that may be in need of auto repairs.

The repair is incomplete. One of the parts did not fit properly so Im still waiting for the to be taken care of. Im a little saddened by the fact that I had to be the one to point it out. It would have been better if they realized the issues and resolved then prior to considering the repair complete. Otherwise it was good.
