Excellent customer service was received, especially from Kim at the front desk. All employees were friendly and accommodating. Kim exhibited exceptional communication and people skills in explaining what was taking place with my auto maintenance and in answering questions raised in the process. Her skills truly add value to your operation! Also, a gentleman (unknown name) from the shop, thoroughly explained a tire issue I have, which was greatly appreciated.
