It took Crash Champions over 4 months to fix the vehicle. I had to repeatedly call them to nudge them forward with getting parts and ETA on fixed dates. They kept wanting me to pick up the vehicle even though its not 100% completely fixed. Their position is there was a pandemic and supply chain issues so I should be lucky they even have a work order for me. They even tell me that if you don't take this vehicle your insurance coverage may not cover the extra days that's its sitting here when your vehicle is deem "drivable"

The technician and receptionist was cordial but again, the Service to actually try and get parts in and fixing the vehicle is NOT there at all!

We were very pleased with how you took care of the situation. When I went to pick the ,car up and was able to leave the rental car there , you made it very easy for us.
