They took a long time and I don't know what happened but they didn't consume the gasoline and I don't know what happened with the Toyota emblem that goes in the trunk? If it weren't for the excellent attention of Isabel Velez, I would be angrier.

Body work is good but all the panels inside the car has a problem window control is lose want like that when I dropped the car off, rattling sound when phone is hooked up microphone more than likely lose dont know why headliner was needing to be removed to fix a scratch on the roof. All I ask was to make sure the car is put back together the way it was if you remove panels. Car was dirty on the inside when I got it back.

Got a phone call telling me car was going into paint didn't hear nothing back, I call a week later just to find out the car was just getting painted at that point.

The staff at crash champions has been friendly and helpful from the first day. I am still awaiting different parts needed for my full repair to be finished but I am confident that once the parts arrive I will be contacted to come back in to finish the remaining repairs in a timely & courteous manner.
