I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Crash Champions in Sunrise, FL. They repaired my 2026 Honda Civic and did an amazing job. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. The repair was completed on time and the car looks perfect. Although the ladies in the front were wonderful, I am not happy with the job that was done on the left b-pillar panel. It’s completely misaligned and you can see where the previous damage was. I did speak to the shop and told them I would bring my jeep back as soon as I can to be repaired again.

Crash Champions was amazing to work with! The fact that you kept me informed about the status of the repairs via text message was very helpful. You completed the repairs within a week which was ahead of the initial anticipated completion date. It was the best experience I have ever had working with a repair shop! You guys rock!

We went to the one in sunrise. The customer service is great and the quality of the repairs as well. They keep you informed and updated of the process and steps through the whole process. Very happy with the service they provide

Car died within 3 days after picking it up. When I called the people at the location said nothing is wrong it must have been something that happened after. Finally got it to the dealership and upon review their was a problem with the engine and the radiator and several sensors in the front. Diagnostics proved it was directly as a result of this accident. Ultimately the engine and radiator need to be replaced as well as the sensors. So not happy that they let me leave without checking any of this. All that was fixed was the bumper was replaced. Didn't understand how they finished so fast. Dropped it off on 1/6. On Friday 1/09 I received a call from the main number stating the car will be ready 1/21. An hours or so later received another call from the same number stating the car will be ready on 1/13. Another hour or so later the location called saying the car would be ready by 5:30. I couldn't pick it up then because I already had scheduled medical diagnostics because of the accident and it was at 5:30. I picked up the car on Saturday 1/10. Asked how was it possible it was finished so fast. The guy at the desk said they only needed one part and it was being delivered by fedex and it came. I said ok. I did not drive the car much at all over the next couple of days. Just Local within blocks of where the car is normally parked. Wednesday it was having issues. Again just drove nearby. When I came back out it would not turnover. Tried jumping it. Didn't work. A couple of associates came to help. We smelled gas and coolant. When I contacted Crash Champions they said no way it has anything to do with them. The car was fixed. Wouldn't listed to what I had to say. And we see what that got us.
