Troy was my contact person he kept me updated on the progress and let me know to reach back if any issues on the work done. They finished as scheduled and the vehicle was cleaned upon pick up, we would use them again and can recommend them to others. Great work.

I am very dissatisfied, where they joined the bumper on both sides of my car was not done properly. I was hoping that Crash Champion would do a better job. . I am hoping that they will do a better job next time around.

I was not completely satisfied. I didn’t like the finishing on my car. I pointed out to Choy. And he was supposed to call the insurance company and get back to me.. Because it’s the holiday weekend I will wait until later today to get some answers. Hoping to hear from Choy.

It was quite satisfactory. Matt was extremely helpful from start to finish. I was most impressed with the fact that I was able to get picked up by Enterprise and was able to leave the rental there to be picked up. Brandon was very professional. He explained the entire process and answered any questions I had. I didn’t have to guess what was happening the updates were relevant and timely. A very good experience.
