I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Crash Champions! From start to finish, the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so polite, professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My representative, in particular, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional, kind, patient, and attentive, and his positive attitude truly made a stressful situation so much easier for me. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. The work was wonderful, and the level of customer service was truly outstanding. It is rare to come across a team that combines such professionalism with genuine compassion and kindness. I am extremely grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing vehicle repairs. They truly deserve the highest praise and recognition. Other than my experience, job was done well.

Crash champions did a very good job in repairing my car. However , they fell short in getting the right tail light to repair my car. Each part order was the wrong part except the day i was told the car would be ready. When i went in to get my car ; they told me the part was wrong and the manager authorized to get the part from the dealer for customer satisfaction. I waited until the repair was completed. I felt they could have done better. I wouldn’t have had my rental car longer if they had the right part.
