Crash champions are easy to deal with they make things easy.. like the payment through text and me being able to leave my rental there as a drop off zone for enterprise. Also, getting an estimate was simple and fast and the work they did to the car was amazing and they were pretty quick with that as well. Thnx guys!

Although the rear seat was repaired, the securing bracket used is not factory or OEM and so appears very different from original. Additionally, a plastic cover on the driver's side door was not reinstalled, currently missing.

George St. Tampa location specifically would get my referral, even with 3 other locations closer to my home.

Workmanship spot on. Expectation management less than stellar. Communication of status and issues less than stellar. Text notifications did not match reality which was not communicated until evening before supposed pick up date.

Was lied to repeatedly about when the parts were delivered as well as the expected time of completion. A half-day job ended up taking nearly 2 weeks and the metal bumper doesn't mate up to the rubber bumper
