George St. Tampa location specifically would get my referral, even with 3 other locations closer to my home.

Repairs look great, could see slight improvement with communication of timetable for repair, but was still good. Would recommend/use again if needed. Keep up the good work, George St. location in Tampa is excellent!

Workmanship spot on. Expectation management less than stellar. Communication of status and issues less than stellar. Text notifications did not match reality which was not communicated until evening before supposed pick up date.

Was lied to repeatedly about when the parts were delivered as well as the expected time of completion. A half-day job ended up taking nearly 2 weeks and the metal bumper doesn't mate up to the rubber bumper

Never called me for updates. I was always the one calling. They gave me more then one completion date and felt okay pushing my repairs off for over a month.

Peter informed me a the final bill was gonna to cost a few hundred dollars more due to them spending more time on labor because a part arrrived in a different condition than originally expected. And I was informed of this after they already performed the additional work so I don't feel this was the correct way to go about charging for additional work.
