Peter informed me a the final bill was gonna to cost a few hundred dollars more due to them spending more time on labor because a part arrrived in a different condition than originally expected. And I was informed of this after they already performed the additional work so I don't feel this was the correct way to go about charging for additional work.

What a wonderful shop! The ladies in the front office were great about keeping us informed of the progress, and very mindful of where savings could be found in the process without sacrificing quality. The workmanship on the repairs were impeccable. Great place to take your car!

I left the van completely functional (mechanically) and when the delivery date came I was told that they couldn’t get it to start. They took it over to ford to run diagnostics and they came up with the results that a new stater was needed because mine mysteriously got fried. After getting home and paid a tow truck for the delivery of it I went ahead and checked all of the fuses and noticed that the alternator one was blown. I replaced it and the van ran as the day I took it to crash champions. If it weren’t because of my intuition, I would have ended up like several people I imagine having to pay for unnecessary expensive works to a dealership because crash champions refused to deliver the van in the same conditions that I turned in to them.
